The best of Bohemia & Moravia tour is a well-rounded exploration of the country, its people, culture, and nature.

 

Day 1: Arrival in Prague.  Meet with your english speaking guide and transfer from the airport to the hotel. Check in at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 2: Breakfast at the hotel. After the breakfast departure to full day city tour of Prague.  Tourists will go through Old Town Square, the oldest and most important square, surrounded with historical buildings such as the Old Town City Hall with the famous Astronomical Clock, the imposing St. Nicholas Church and Church of Our Lady before Tyn  Lunch. After the lunch tourists will visit Jewish Quarter and Wenceslas Square, main boulevard of Prague. Return to the hotel. Dinner at the hotel. Optional river cruise with buffet dinner.

Day 3: Breakfast at the hotel.  After the breakfast departure to full day city tour of Prague. This day tourists will see  Prague Castle, residence of Czech Kings; St. Vitus Cathedral, one of the biggest and the most beautiful in the world; Golden Lane, small ancient street with fairy small houses and Franz Kafka’s house. Lunch. Tourists will go through the Kings Road: Lesser Town and  Charles Bridge. Return to the hotel. Dinner at the hotel. Optional concert in the State Opera.

Day 4: Breakfast at the hotel. Full day excursion to Karlovy Vary with lunch. Return to the hotel, dinner.  In the evening optional visit of the Black theater show.

Day 5: After the breakfast departure to  Brno via Kutná Hora and Litomyšl. Kutná Hora developed as a result of the exploitation of the silver mines. In the 14th century it became a royal city endowed with monuments that symbolized its prosperity. The Church of St Barbara, a jewel of the late Gothic period, and the Cathedral of Our Lady at Sedlec, which was restored in line with the Baroque taste of the early 18th century, were to influence the architecture of Central Europe. Lunch. Tourists will continue to Litomyšl. The dominant feature of Litomyšl is the monumental Renaissance castle dating from the years 1568 - 1581. Arrival in Brno, dinner at the hotel.

Day 6: After the breakfast departure to  Hluboká via Telč. The houses in Telč which stands on a hilltop, were originally built of wood. After a fire in the late 14th century, the town was rebuilt in stone, surrounded by walls and further strengthened by a network of artificial ponds. Lunch. Arrival in Hluboká, the city which is famous for its neo-gothic castle, affected in a large English park. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel.

Day 7: After the breakfast return to Prague via Český Krumlov. Situated on the banks of the Vltava river, the town was built around a 13th-century castle with Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque elements. It is an outstanding example of a small Central European medieval town whose architectural heritage has remained intact thanks to its peaceful evolution over more than five centuries. Lunch.  Arrival in Prague, accommodation and dinner in the hotel. Optional dinner with wine and folklore show.

Day 8: Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport, departure.
